Food & Beverage Minimums

Each of the two rooms that make up the Lotus Room have a food and beverage minimum charge or a combined charge to utilize the rooms together as one large space.

• The smaller room has a FB minimum charge of $500
• The larger room has a FB minimum charge of $1000
• The two rooms combined have a FB minimum charge of $1500

Depending upon the time of day you are holding your event, the food and beverage minimums may be negotiable.

Bartender

There are two distinct liquor packages that you can consider for your event: Premium and Ultra Premium.

Audio & Visual

There is a $75 charge to use Red Ginger’s audio and visual equipment.

Tax & Gratuity

Red Ginger is required by the State of Michigan to charge a 6% sales tax.
