Our cuisine features many of the bold flavors of Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese and other Asian cuisines. We prepare everything from scratch daily, use only the freshest ingredients, do not use MSG and use oil sparingly. Our seafood is delivered fresh, via overnight delivery, several times each week from both east and west coast markets.
Chef and Owner Dan Marsh prides himself in creating delectable dishes that explode in flavor. Fresh Sushi, the extremely popular Thai Curry to a large, mouth watering tenderloin, Red Ginger’s ever changing menu will bring a delight your taste buds will never forget.
